Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds will only be considered for products that are received damaged.
- To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You will need to provide photo evidence of the damaged item(s) to process your request.
Once we receive the required documentation, our customer support team will review your case and reach out to resolve the issue promptly.
Note: We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged.
